A couple weeks in Austin to finalize the closing of our construction project on East 5th Street and catch-up with our Texan friends. 

Many fun evenings including a great dinner with the usual suspects at Teresa and Gary's. Delicious as always....

Far away on the remote flat plains of the Texas Panhandle, hidden from the beaten path, lays an impressive canyon: The Palo Duro Canyon. Palo Duro happens to be the second largest canyon in the USA. This natural hide-out was the perfect "Base-Camp" of the Comanche Empire.

Burnes and Pierre could not resist to ride their bikes and go check it out. This 5-days motorcycle road trip turned out to the best they had ever taken in Texas.  Fall is a perfect time to ride on the edge of the Great-Plains with the cotton fields in blooms and ideal weather conditions. If you plan to go visit the Caprock Escarpment, you must stop in Turkey, TX, home town of Bob Wills, and stay at the Hotel Turkey.

One of our goal for the road trip was to create a kick-ass video. Equipped with our iPhone 7's, GoPro and Burnes' new drone, we went on our way with great expectations. Few technical issues, such as the drone hitting a pole, mega winds and a very finicky GoPro, forced us to adjust our aim.  But we had fun....
