Shortly after we came back in Miami, we flew to look at the property Agathe found. We spent 10 days, a few with then owner Ann Wolf. inspecting “Casa Lobo”, asking questions, looking at properties, meeting with architects and contractors, etc…

Santa Cruz de los Zacatitos is an East Cape Community near San Jose del Cabo.
Created by serious surfers, very remote off the grid but only 25 minutes from San Jose del Cabo and its airport.
